Da Settembre 2020 ci trovate nella nuova sede di Cagliari in Via Francoforte 9.

Il programma è adatto ai già praticanti (prima serie, intermedia e mezza avanzata A by Max) ed anche ai principianti assoluti.

Lezioni tutti i giorni, il mattino dal lunedì al sabato ed il pomeriggio 3 volte a settimana.

Le classi Mysore sono scaglionate per orario di ingresso.

Al mattino su due turni, il primo alle 6:00 ed il secondo alle 7:15.

Al pomeriggio alle h 17:00 su unico turno.

Led class il sabato mattina h 7:00

 

 

From September 2021 you can find us in the new location in Cagliari, Via Chiara Lubich 32. 

The yoga program is suitable for all level practitioners.

(beginners, primary, intermediate and advance students).

Classes are every day, from Monday till Saturday in the morning and in the afternoon 2 times a week.

Mysore classes are shifted by time of entry;

In the morning on two batches: the first start at 6:00am and the second at 7:00am.

Means students can join class from 6.00am till 7.00am it is the last entry.

In the afternoon at 6:00pm on a single batch.

Led class & lecture on Saturday morning at 7:00am.
